Pasteur Medical Associates is now doing clinical research. Clinical research is medical research that involves people like you. People volunteer to participate in carefully conducted investigations that ultimately uncover better ways to treat, prevent, diagnose, and understand human disease.Clinical studies are designed to add to medical knowledge related to the treatment, diagnosis, and prevention of diseases or conditions. Common reasons for conducting clinical studies include: • Evaluating one or more interventions for treating a disease, syndrome, or condition
• Finding ways to prevent the initial development or recurrence of a disease or condition
• Evaluating methods for identifying a condition or risk factors for that condition

Sub-investigators: Dr. Kayser, Dr. Galan, Dr. Goff, Dr. McMahon, and Dr. Scanlan are sub-investigator’s and will be seeing patients for research as well. This means you will be able to see your normal physician for research visits as well as your regular office visits. |
